Welcome (Croeso) to The Eating Out Guide 2010 for South Powys, a first-rate guide to finding and booking places to eat in this part of Wales.
Following our revamp of the publication last year, the response has proved overwhelmingly positive with both readers and clients alike appreciating the new look handbook with its easy to read yet comprehensive selection of hotels, country inns, restaurants, public houses, tearooms and coffee shops in the area.

As well as hearing from businesses, we are also very interested in receiving feedback on the venues we cover in the guide.
Customers who very kindly take the time out to send in their comments (by using the form on page 4 of the printed guide) will be entered into our highly prized draw, the winner of which - selected at random and announced at the end of the year - will receive a meal for four at a restaurant of their choice (up to the value of £160 plus a bottle of house wine).
Last year's winner was Mrs Karen Williams, who opted for the Farmers Arms in Cwmdu near Crickhowell as her choice of venue.
